Meet Olivia Baker & Founder of No Crumby Days
At the age of sixteen, Olivia turned her passion for baking into a flourishing business, launching No Crumby Days. Entrepreneurship was Olivia’s solution to the challenge she faced when looking for a job that could be flexible with her demanding high school, dance, and theatre schedule.
With her mother's guidance, she had their home kitchen certified and began to learn the ropes of building a bakery business, from creating and perfecting recipes to managing ingredient lists and tracking sales.
No Crumby Days started in early 2023 with a soft launch among friends and family, who quickly became her first loyal customers. Her deep dish cookies were an instant hit at her debut at the Kenmore Farmer’s Market, earning her recognition and a steady stream of custom orders for parties, special events, and thank-you gifts.
